1. Paddle refund policy applies
Payments for Hashe Uptime Monitor are processed by Paddle. Paddle acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for subscriptions purchased through Paddle checkout.

2. Refund window
Refund requests for Paddle transactions must be submitted within 14 days from the transaction date, unless a different mandatory statutory refund or withdrawal period applies under Paddle's Refund Policy.
Submitting a refund request within 14 days does not automatically guarantee a refund. Paddle reviews refund requests according to its Refund Policy.
3. Free trial
Eligible Hashe Uptime Monitor plans may include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription may begin automatically.
4. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can cancel through your account Billing area, Paddle's buyer portal, or the subscription management link provided in Paddle's transaction emails.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund for a Paddle transaction, use the transaction receipt, subscription management link, buyer portal, or refund request options provided by Paddle. Paddle may use its transaction records to verify eligibility and timing.
6. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle using the original payment method where possible. Refund timing may depend on Paddle, the payment method, bank, card network, and country.
