Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Hashe Uptime Monitor platform operated by Hashe Computer Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. By registering, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service scope
Hashe Uptime Monitor is a website monitoring and alerting platform. Features, limits, package structure, and technical behavior may change from time to time as the product develops. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features, integrations, or limits where reasonably necessary for product, operational, security, or commercial reasons.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including the actions of your administrators, users, workspace users, and alert recipients. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us promptly if you believe unauthorized access has occurred.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the service to interfere with networks or third-party systems, overload targets with abusive traffic, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, scrape or reverse engineer the service beyond what the law permits, or use the platform in a way that harms the service, other users, or third parties.
4. Customer data and monitored targets
You represent that you have the right to monitor the websites, domains, URLs, and endpoints you add to the platform and to use the contacts and alert recipients you configure. You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the data you submit and the alerts you trigger through the service.
5. Packages, billing, and subscriptions
Subscription packages, prices, limits, and included features are defined by the active package assigned to your account. Billing may be processed through Paddle or other supported providers. Packages may be offered on monthly billing, yearly billing, or both. Where yearly billing is offered, the annual price may reflect a discounted effective monthly rate.
If a free trial is offered, the current public default is 15-day free trial unless a different written offer is shown at checkout. Where Paddle checkout is enabled, the payment method may be collected at trial signup and the subscription will automatically renew into the selected paid billing cycle unless canceled before the trial ends. Trial days, package limits, activation rules, and billing cadence are shown in the app and may be adjusted for future signups.
6. Changes to pricing and packages
We may change package names, included features, limits, or prices for future purchases or renewals. Existing subscriptions may remain on prior terms unless and until they are changed, renewed, migrated, upgraded, downgraded, or otherwise updated under the billing rules then in effect.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to provide a reliable service, but the platform is provided on an as-available and as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect uptime detection, immediate alert delivery, or error-free operation. External dependencies such as hosting, DNS, recipient mail servers, networks, and payment providers can affect service outcomes.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where needed for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, security issues, operational protection, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time, but cancellation does not erase amounts already due for the active billing period unless your written commercial terms say otherwise.
If a trial ends without a successful paid billing state, we may keep login access and account history visible while pausing monitoring actions, alert delivery, configuration changes, or other operational features until billing is restored.
9. Intellectual property
The service, its software, interface, branding, workflows, documentation, and related materials remain our property or the property of our licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service during an active subscription and in line with your package and these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business interruption, or data, even if we were advised such losses were possible. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and costs arising out of your use of the service, your monitored targets, your data, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
